Version 2026-10-28
Privacy Notice
What we keep when you join the waitlist, why, who sees it, and how to have it removed. Short, and exact about what the code does.
The Terms and the Privacy Notice are written in English. The English text is the one that applies.
01Who is responsible
T0 Systems (“we”) decides why and how the data below is used.
02What we keep
When you join: your email address, the language of the page you used, the date and time, the version of the Terms and this Notice you accepted, and the name of the time zone your browser reports (for example “Asia/Tokyo”). We take the time zone from your browser, not from your IP address.
If you answer the optional questions: your country, your region or prefecture, how far you agree with three statements, how long you have traded crypto, which exchanges, systems and tools you use, a band for how much you trade a month, and the free text you write. Every one of them is optional.
Our servers also keep ordinary technical logs, which include IP addresses and times, to run the service and to stop abuse. They are not joined to the waitlist.
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A cookie is set only if you sign in to an account.
03Why we use it
Your address: to write to you when something worth knowing ships and when TTT launches. We use it for that because you asked us to by joining.
Your answers: to decide what to build and how: where to put servers, which systems to support, what the plans should contain. We use them because you chose to send them, and we read them mostly as totals.
04Who sees it
The people who run TTT, and the providers that carry it for us: the host of this website, which handles your request as it passes through, the server that stores the list, and, when we start writing, the service that delivers email.
We do not sell or rent your data and we do not share it for advertising. We may publish totals (for example the share of people per country), never an address or an individual's answers.
Your data may be processed in a country other than yours.
05How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we close the waitlist and delete it, whichever is first.
06Your rights
You may ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to take back your consent, to object to how we use it, or to receive a copy you can move. If the law where you live (for example the EU or UK GDPR, or Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information) gives you more, you have that too, and you may complain to your data protection authority.
To use any of them, give the address you joined with.
07Email
Every email we send you will say how to stop receiving them.
08Children
The waitlist is for people aged 18 or over. If you believe a younger person has joined, tell us and we will delete the entry.
09Changes
This Notice carries a version date, shown above, which is stored with your sign-up. When a change affects what we do with your data, we tell you at the address you gave.
